Good evening, buh-buh-butts! Our title belies the true subject of this review -
Cocina Mexicana - which we also have pictures of, turns out. Welcome back to the world of
snarky particularly well-written review of things from Laura and myself! It's been a while, but they're back by popular demand, and they're possibly bigger and better than ever before! Prepare thyself, surrounding establishments, parks, and rivers, for judgement like you may have seen before!

Above, left to right: Laura and Colton at Cocina Mexicana

Laura: Doing stuff and things! When we aren't too tired or running around like so many headless chickens! The above mentioned eating establishment is one we manage to frequent, after screwing our noggins back on, due to atmosphere, (sometime spotty) service, and KICK ASS FOOD YO.
Colton: I'm talkin' tortas, I'm talkin' burritos, I'm talkin' enchiladas in mole sauce and I'm talkin' multiple options that include cactus. Their stellar guacamole is not one of those:

Hot damn that guac. The only real issue with ordering it is you have no idea what it's going to cost you(possibly a smidge too much) and you usually don't get enough chips, although they are homemade. I like loading up chips with guac as much as the next guy, but it's a weird feeling to have to make sure you pile enough guac on your chip so you don't run out of chips.
Laura: I mean... it's always worth it. Too much guac is a problem I am happy to have. The rest of the food is stellar: chimichangas are fried to perfection, enchiladas have various sauces that punch you in the face with joy, and you simply cannot beat a pineapple Jarritos to top it all off.

A hella choice torta - I don't remember
what kind this was a while ago |
Colton: See, we've been to this place more than a few times, and Laura's great because she likes to bring multiple things up that we don't have pictures of.
Check out that torta and one of Laura's fish tacos!

| Is that sour cream? We think so |
Laura: ... fair, but I am not the one who talked about guac and then provided a picture of, wait for it, an empty guac bowl. Mic drop.
Colton: Oh yeah?!? Well how bout these crapples:
Pictures of empty bowls are enticing and let people know how we ate
allll the guac but
nooo, Laura doesn't like that! Also Mandarin Jarritos are way better and these reviews are off to a great re-start.
Colton: A
Laura: Let's go to Cocina Mexicana, I really want some guac and chips now.
